Discuss client's interests, budget, and any particular needs to design an itinerary outline.

Itinerary Proposal

Propose itinerary framework, according to client's requirements, with day-by-day activities and real pricing for client review and feedback. The itinerary proposal will be sent to clients within 24-72 hours, depending on type of traveler group.

Amendment & Confirmation

Inform clients of the final version of client's trip, including day-by-day activities, deposit deadline, and other special needs.

Make A Payment

After client confirmation, the payment should be made around 45 - 60 days before departure.

Departure & Trip Execution

Stay in close touch with our ground staff in asia, who support clients in different situations and maximize satisfaction during the trip.
