Credit cards are accepted in most parts of Vietnam, more widely in large cities like Hanoi, Saigon, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Hue, Hoi An… Most restaurants, coffee shops, and travel agencies accept Visa, Master Cards, Diner Club, and American Express. Extra fees will be applied in most places.
You can also cash at many ATMs in the big cities mentioned above. But if your trip comes to a rural area, please make sure you have some cash in local currency with you.
Our system will accept any VISA, Mastercard, and American Express credit (including prepaid) for payment.
In instances when you use a credit card with an account name different from the lead traveler, we will require a copy of the card, the cardholder’s ID, and an authorization letter. We may require additional documents in some cases.

We use the Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer and all other popular browsers. SSL encrypts your personal information, such as your password, address, and telephone number, and your credit card is available only to you and the credit card companies.
We use one of the leading providers of SSL certificates and do not save any of your credit card information in our database. They are directly sent to the payment gateway for the transaction.
Most tours are confirmed at the time of booking. However, some activities will be confirmed within 72 hours. If confirmation or otherwise is not received within 72 hours, please contact our Travel Designer for further assistance.
