Quyen’s  interesting background in Foreign Language Studies gives him a sophisticated grasp on even the most complicated aspects of English language and cultural differences. At the early stage of his career, Quyen started as an University lecturer, to satisfy the passion of sharing his knowledge to people. However, Quyen quickly realized the real “love of his life” coming from applying what he knows to real life, by combining them with his big hobby: travel.

No sooner leaving his teaching job, Quyen spent more than 10 years in tourism industry, practicing, learning, experiencing with many types of occupation (tour guide, tour leader, tour manager, operation manager, customer service manager etc.), cooperating to a number of famous local and international brand names.

Alissa Nguyen is our Operations Team Leader. With graceful manners, Alissa leads the team with a gentle touch, fostering a harmonious work environment. Her commitment to smooth operations goes hand in hand with her genuine kindness, making her a true leader in every sense.

Born and raised in Hanoi, Vietnam, Thomas loves to go camping, go fishing, and enjoy beach relaxation. His role involves overseeing digital advertising, social media, website, email marketing, and analytical research efforts. Tasked with attracting potential partners for Asia Pioneer DMC, he collaborates closely with the APD team to enhance the organization’s outreach and engagement in the tourism sector.

I am Ashley – an energetic travel expert and operator with 8 years of experience, have been orgarnizing various kinds of tailor-made tours, group tours as well as events.

I believe that travel is not just about visiting new places, but about creating deep connections with those places and their people, their cultures. My expectation is that my client receives not only planned trip, but also truly transformative journeys.

Holding a Bachelor Of Arts in Foreign Studies from the reputable Languages and International Studies University, Lam, with an open and service-oriented mind, has never considered himself as an interpreter which was his original plan for life.

His career in tourism industry began in 2001, with his excellent skills in foreign languages, knowledge of different cultures from the university, and his pure passion for travel. After nearly 10 years of collecting industry insights by experiencing many positions, from ordinary tour guide to senior tour manager, in both US & UK large corporations, he decided to start a business with his best friend, Quyen, in 2009.

I’m Elly Do, a Team Leader of the Travel Designer Team with more than 12 years of experience in crafting unforgettable journeys around the globe. My passion for travel, coupled with my extensive knowledge of diverse destinations, allows me to curate remarkable experiences tailored to your desires and preferences.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, each with unique travel aspirations. From luxury escapes to off-the-beaten-path adventures, I’ve had the opportunity to design an array of customized itineraries that have left lasting memories for my clients.
