Start your visit to Ta Prohm Temple after breakfast to see the massive vine roots cascading down the walls. Feel like you’re in a treasure hunt movie as you explore the ancient building under the tree canopy. Learn about the temple’s history and folklore from your personal tour guide.

Pass through the South Gate from Ta Prohm to Angkor Thom, the last capital of the Khmer Empire. Explore The Bayon’s 216 faces and admire the view from the top of Baphuon. Then, see the Terrace of the Leper King and Elephant Terrace before enjoying a Royal Khmer lunch at Le Grand, known for its legendary cuisine.

Afternoon

Visit Angkor Wat, one of the ancient world wonders. You’ve probably seen the gates and towers, now it’s time to satisfy your growing interest. Explore it with a guide to discover the world’s longest stone sculptures with its tales and architecture.

To cap off an incredible day, take a 20-minute gondola boat trip through Angkor’s moats to Prasat Chrung Temple, where you may drink champagne and canapés while watching the breathtaking sunset.

Evening

A romantic candlelit dinner and a bottle of wine are waiting for you. Dinner for two, under the dazzling stars of a pitch-black sky, just you and your amour at a table set with candles for romance.

Morning

Waking up early and returning to Angkor Wat to see the sun rising behind the triple towers is a great option for nature enthusiasts. You can also get breakfast to go upon request.

After departing from Angkor Wat, you will visit Banteay Srey, a well-preserved temple known as the “Citadel of the Women.” Renowned for its exquisite bas-reliefs, this modest temple showcases some of the best examples of ancient Khmer art and is distinctive for being made of pink sandstone.

Head north to Kbal Spean, one of the oldest Hindu pilgrimage sites in Cambodia. When you arrive, trek through the jungle to see the “River of 1000 Lingas,” featuring stone sculptures of Hindu gods and animals in the riverbed.

Afternoon

After a picnic, cool off at the nearby waterfall and then visit Kompong Khleang, a large and less visited village on Tonle Sap Lake, home to over 10,000 people who depend on fishing for their livelihood.

During your visit, you can explore Kompong Khleang and two other floating villages by private boat. Depending on the season, you can stroll through the town’s streets or navigate its canals. The buildings appear to float during the rainy season and resemble wooden skyscrapers when the stilts are exposed in the dry season.

You’ll see where Bridge of Life operates, a pagoda in Cambodia, and a stilted house in the hamlet while on a boat voyage. After the tour, you’ll take a boat back to the main harbor and be driven back to your resort, where you can spend the rest of the day at your leisure and enjoy complimentary beverages at sunset.

Take a short flight to Phnom Penh, the capital city of Cambodia, from Siem Reap airport after breakfast and late check-out.

Afternoon

Take pleasure in your spare time. As a treat for yourself, enjoy a massage and spa treatment at the hotel.

Evening

Upon pickup, head to the harbor and board a contemporary cruise ship resembling a traditional Cambodian wooden boat. Sail down the Tonle Sap River, passing the Royal Palace, and reach the meeting point of the Tonle Sap, Mekong, and Bassac rivers, where you’ll receive a complimentary beverage.

Cruise down the river while listening to traditional Khmer music, enjoy a mouthwatering BBQ buffet supper along the way then enjoy the sunset over the city from the deck.

Morning

After breakfast, take a Cyclo – a three-wheeled bicycle taxi – to explore the vibrant city of Phnom Penh and visit its amazing attractions.

Check out Pshar Kandal, the oldest market in Phnom Penh, for local delights like fried noodles and grilled meat. Then, explore the French Quarter to see colonial-era buildings and visit Wat Phnom, the city’s tallest religious building.

After that, visit the Royal Palace Compound, built in 1866. It is a magnificent multicolored Khmer-style palace. Adjacent to the Royal Palace is the Silver Pagoda, also known as the Emerald Buddha temple, housing several Buddha statues adorned with diamonds, emeralds, gold, and silver.

Don’t forget to visit the National Museum, a stunning red building with beautiful Khmer architecture. After that, take a stroll through the picturesque River Front Park. Then, head back to the hotel after lunch to relax and escape the heat.

Afternoon

Explore Cambodia’s Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, also known as Prison S21, to learn about the country’s tragic past. The museum’s four buildings house exhibits, and during your visit, you may encounter locals who are willing to share their stories.

After spending more than one hour at the museum, drive to the Killing Fields, which might take 40 minutes. You are given the chance to watch a video on the Khmer Rouge government. Also, a map of the fields and an audio tour are provided in fifteen different languages.

After being picked up by a moto-remork (tuk-tuk), depart from Phnom Penh and travel over the famous Japanese Friendship Bridge to the stunning Silk island of Koh Oknha Tey by ferry across the Mekong River. You will stop at the magnificent Bakhaeng temple along the route, which has breathtaking artwork, sculptures, and architecture.

Upon arrival, you’ll begin exploring the “silk islands,” known for their rich history of silk weaving. Visit villages where skilled weavers welcome you to observe their intricate works of art. You can see the entire silk weaving process, from silkworm to final product, and purchase exquisite Cambodian silk textiles and accessories.

Afterward, enjoy Khmer food at a local family’s home and then travel back to Phnom Penh by boat. Take in the stunning architecture of the surrounding region, including the Silver Pagoda, Royal Palace, and Wat Ounalom as the sun sets.

It’s time to leave Phnom Penh and head to Kep, a historic French beach town. Spend three nights at a stunning resort to complete your honeymoon.

While traveling, stop at Phnom Chhnork, a large cave housing an incredibly preserved seventh-century brick temple. The temple is a significant site for native Khmers. Then, head to Kompong Trach, a small town that was long forgotten due to the civil war but has seen growth at the recently established border crossing with Vietnam.

Before reaching Kep for lunch, we’ll stop to see the cave temple of Wat Kirisan, incorporated into the foot of Phnom Sor.

Afternoon

After lunch, transfer to Veranda Natural Resort for check-in. It’s situated next to Kep National Park, offering couples a beautiful and peaceful environment. Enjoy stunning sunsets over the ocean right from your balcony.
